Summary

The key Southern Ocean processes represent the main limitation of the current generation of climate models in their way to represent past and future global heat and carbon cycles. 

The EU-funded SO-CHIC (Southern Ocean Carbon and Heat Impact on Climate) project aims at better understanding some of the key Southern Ocean processes while enabling discovery, open access, view and download of the data generated and collected during the project.
