Climateurope2 will develop standardisation procedures and recommendations for quality-assured climate services. The use of a participatory platform will ensure that the climate services community plays an active role in improving, refining and validating the proposed good practices and guidelines.

Climateurope2 will support the European climate services community by bringing together different actors from this community and a wider audience interested in climate services. The project will develop and make use of tools that encourage interaction, knowledge exchange and market exploration.

Climateurope2 aims to enhance the uptake of quality-assured climate services to support adaptation and mitigation to climate change and variability. To achieve this, the project will provide recommendations for more salient, credible and legitimate climate services, and promote the generation of trust between supply and demand.
