Summary

The event will be hosted by the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC) in Lecce (Italy), on 27 and 28 September 2022, and it will mark the start of the project, which will run from September 2022 until February 2027.

Day 1 will start with a plenary welcome session and project introduction. It will be followed by break-out group meetings for the different work packages to discuss issues and activities planned for the next months. On day 2, break-out groups will be also organised to discuss cross-cutting issues in the project regarding standardisation, community support and case studies. This second day will close with a final discussion about scientific and technical challenges as well as actions to ensure the smooth interaction among the different project partners.
