1. Information we collect
With the subscription to the Climateurope2 network, newsletters and other dissemination activities, the Climateurope2 project collects personal information such as name, organization, address, email address or phone number as well as other information you submit to us to receive project-related information and get connected to our consortium.
We also collect technical information about your computer, device and connection information, that do not require an explicit consent by the users to be deployed, such as browsing or session cookies to log into the website and IP address. We cannot see which individual visitors are behind which visits to our website.
2. How we use your information
We use third-party cookies to improve your experience and analyze our services in accordance with your search habits through Google Analytics. We will need your explicit consent for the use of analytical cookies. Your data will be subject to international transfer to the United States and will be stored until it is necessary for the purpose following the parameters stipulated by the entity.

- Disseminate information about the project and the activities organized by the project;

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal identifiable information. 4. Accessing and updating your information
Registered users may access and update their personal information or deactivate their user account by contacting the Climateurope2 project manager. In the case of the intranet, the registered user can cancel his/her account on his own at the link Cancel account. You have the right under European and certain other privacy and data protection laws, as may be applicable, to request free of charge (i) access to and correction or deletion of your personal information; (ii) restriction of our processing of your personal information; (iii) objection to our processing; and (iv) portability of your personal information. 6. Data retention & security
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide essential purposes of the Climateurope2 project.
The personal data you have provided will be incorporated into the files of BSC-CNS servers, CIF: S- 0800099-D located in C/ Jordi Girona n. 31, 08034 Barcelona (Spain).
